—Grain & Oil Science and Technology

Grain & Oil Science and Technology (CN41-1447/TS, Quarterly), launched in 2018, is a peer-reviewed international scientific journal aimed at enhancing international academic exchange and improving science and technological research in the field of grains and edible oils. Grain & Oil Science and Technology publishes top-quality research and review articles on the storage technologies of grains and edible oils, grain engineering, edible oil engineering, food science, food safety and so on. The journal has been indexed in the famous database DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) and FSTA (Food Science and Technology Abstracts). We invite you to submit papers to the journal.

Instructions for Authors

1.The manuscripts must be original and innovative. The manuscripts may be full-length researches (approximately 5000-7000 words), short communications (approximately 2500-3500 words), reviews (approximately 6000-8000 words) and short reviews (approximately 2500-4000 words).

2.Journal has specific requirements for the format of manuscripts as well as the description form of references. The names, institutions and addresses of authors or telephone number of the corresponding author need to be provided. References should be corresponding with their sequence numbers in the context, and should be numbered once when the references are cited multiple times. Please download and carefully read articles recently published in the journal to ensure that the submitted manuscript meets the requirement.

3.The review process is composed of preliminary review, peer-review and final review. Authors can check the review comments in the EM (editorial manager) system.

4.The published articles are included by Elsevier (ScienceDirect) database, DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure), Chongqing VIP, and Chaoxing databases. Authors are considered to agree the authorization when submitting manuscripts, and please specify if there are any objections.
